Если "политические" гарантии правительства РФ удовлетворят банки, то параметры "глобальной реструктуризации" долга должны быть согласованы до конца марта и оформлены до конца мая. По предварительным договоренностям, банки могут дать компании отсрочку по платежам по основному долгу до двух лет, привязанным к цене алюминия на LME.
"Теоретически любая отсрочка или рассрочка по кредиту невыгодна для банка,- говорит заместитель руководителя дирекции по работе с корпоративными клиентами. Реструктуризация может быть выгодна, если ставка по кредиту была повышена настолько, что банк фактически начинает участвовать в прибыли заемщика".
Привязка срока реструктуризации к доходности бизнеса заемщика в текущей экономической ситуации вполне логична, считает старший вице-президент банка.
