Source text - Italian Il cammino prosegue sulla strada parallela alla statale verso la frazione Cels e raggiunge l’imbocco della frazione le Ramats presso la Cappella di Sant’Andrea, dove inizia un suggestivo percorso fra i terrazzamenti dei vigneti di Avanà, vitigno autoctono, che conduce a Chiomonte, un tempo residenza estiva del Vescovo di Pinerolo: il centro storico è uno straordinario gioiello di cortili, porticati, vicoli e antichi palazzi nobiliari come Casa Ronsil e Palazzo Levis, sede della Pinacoteca Civica; la Cappella di Santa Caterina, un tempo dedicata al Battista, è ciò che resta dell’ospedale gerosolimitano: decorata internamente in epoca barocca, vi sono affreschi frammentari del XIV sec., mentre l’esterno presenta ornature ad archetti pensili e un portale duecentesco polilobato. Translation - French Le chemin continue sur la route parallèle à la route principale en direction du hameau de Cels et rejoint l’entrée du hameau le Ramats, au sein de la Chapelle de Saint André. De là commence un parcours fascinant à travers les vignobles en terrasses de Avanà et des cépages du terroir, ce qui mène à Chiomonte, autrefois la résidence d’été de l’évêque de Pinerolo. Le centre historique est un extraordinaire joyau de cours, d’arcades, de ruelles et de bâtiments anciens appartenant à la noblesse, comme la Maison Ronsil et le Palais Levis, siège de la pinacothèque municipale, la chapelle de Sainte Catherine qui fut un temps consacrée à Jean Baptiste, c’est à dire tout ce qu’il reste de l’hôpital de Jérusalem. Source text - Italian Il cittadino straniero o apolide, coniugato con cittadino italiano:
-Se risiede legalmente(*) in Italia da almeno 2 anni dalla data del matrimonio o, in caso di residenza all'estero, dopo 3 anni di matrimonio. Tali termini sono ridotti della metà in presenza di figli nati o adottati dai coniugi.
Nell'eventualità in cui il coniuge di cittadino italiano si sia trasferito in Italia dopo tre anni di matrimonio trascorsi all'estero, è possibile presentare istanza senza attendere il maturare del termine biennale (annuale, in presenza di figli nati o adottati dalla coppia) di residenza legale nel territorio italiano, purchè al momento della presentazione della domanda, lo stesso sia in possesso di un titolo di soggiorno valido e sia iscritto nei registri anagrafici di un Comune Italiano
Nell'ipotesi di due cittadini stranieri regolarmente presenti sul territorio nazionale ed uno di loro ha ottenuto la cittadinanza italiana per naturalizzazione dopo il matrimonio, il periodo di residenza legale ha inizio dalla data di acquisizione della cittadinanza italiana da parte del coniuge naturalizzato che decorre dal giorno successivo a quello in cui è stato reso il giuramento di cui all'art. 10 della legge n. 91/92 e successive modifiche ed integrazioni.
-Se il matrimonio risulti ancora in essere.
Il suddetto requisito deve permanere fino alla data di adozione del decreto di conferimento della cittadinanza ovvero fino a tale data non deve essere intervenuto lo scioglimento, l'annullamento o la cessazione degli effetti civili del matrimonio, né la separazione personale dei coniugi.
(*) Residenza legale significa sia essere iscritti all'anagrafe di un Comune italiano, sia essere in regola con le norme che regolano il soggiorno dei cittadini stranieri.
Translation - English A foreign citizen or stateless person, married to an Italian citizen:
-If he/she has been legally living (*) in Italy for at least two years from the date of marriage or, in the case of residence abroad, after three years of marriage. These terms are reduced by half in the presence of children born or adopted by the spouses.
If the spouse of an Italian citizen has moved to Italy after three years of marriage spent abroad, he or she could make the request without waiting for the end of the two-year term (or one-year term, in the presence of children born or adopted by the couple) for legal residence in the Italian territory, provided that, at the time of submission of the application, he or she is in possession of a valid residence permit and is registered in the population registers of an Italian municipality.
If two foreigners regularly live in Italy and if one of them has obtained Italian citizenship by naturalization after marriage, the period of legal residence begins from the date of acquisition of Italian citizenship by the naturalized spouse. That period has effect on the day following that in which the oath of Article 10. of law no. 91/92 was made.
-If the marriage is still ongoing.
The here-above requirement should remain until the decree conferring citizenship is adopted. Until that date, no dissolution, annulment or termination of the civil effects of marriage, nor the separation of the spouses should take place.
(*) A legal residence means to be either registered at an Italian municipality, or to be in compliance with the rules governing the foreign citizen’s stay.
