I attained my Master's in Translation and Interpretation from Beihang University, Beijing, China.

I am currently in the process of the accreditation of Association of Translators and Interpreters of Ontario (ATIO). I am mainly doing freelance translation and interpretation at this moment and serve private clients. I do translation and interpretation part-time for about 6 six years since 2008.

Fluent English and Chinese, basic French; IELTS 8;
Familiar with CAT tools;
Strong customer service, communication and inter-personal skills, which were honed by years of teaching and office administrative experience; Effective and empathetic listener.

• Translated and proofread websites of private business; provided advice and interpretation service and assisted in the start-up logistics of the investment by foreign businessmen in China;
• Translated documents of 200,000 words in the field of IT, International Trade, Automobile, Aeronautics and Astronautics, Education, Energy, Public Policy, and Law;
• Worked as an interpreter and guide for tourists from Canada, France, Iran and Sweden;
• Worked as an interpreter for private clients in the community and medical settings.


I recently acquired my second Master's degree in Education from University of Ottawa.
