Source text - French Je suis auxiliaire de puericulture depuis plus de 25 ans.
J'ai travaillé dans de nombreux secteurs de la petite enfance ,tel que l'hopital (service maternité),Creches et halte garderie à caractere social;animatrice d'atelier artistique et sensoriels pour enfants autistes.
J'ai ainsi pu acquerir une grande experience et connaissance du développement psychomoteur de l'enfant; et ainsi devenir une veritable professionelle de la petite enfance.
Comme vous le savez ,un environnement harmonieux ,bienveillant,et securisant est indispensable au bon développement de l'enfant et cela dés son plus jeune âge,tant au niveau famillial que social et educatif.
J'entends par là que notre responsabilité en tant que professionnel de la petite enfance est considerable!.
Il est donc de notre devoir au sein d'une équipe qualifiée d'offrir à cet enfant le maximun de bien- étre et d'ecoute de ses besoins fondamentaux afin quil evolue le plus harmonieusement possible tant psycologiquement que physiquement.
Notre rôle et de l"accompagner et de le guider vers l'autonomie et de lui donner l'envie de découvrir le monde qui l'entoure.
Il est important de ne jamais oublier que chaque enfant est unique et qu'il evolue à son propre rythme méme si les stades par lequels il va passer sont identiques à tous les enfants.
Il est donc primordial en tant que professionnel de la petite enfance de considerer le petit enfant comme un adulte en devenir;qui a sa propre histoire familliale;sociale;culturelle;emotionelle ;et nous nous devons de prendre en compte tous ces paramétres afin d'acceullir cet enfant .
J'aime travailler en equipe et il est pour moi tres important que l'ambiance entre les membres de cette equipe soit positive et joyeuse; ceci est bénefique pour tout le monde.
Je suis de nature joyeuse et sociable et je serai heureuse de rejoindre une equipe préte à donner le meilleur d'elle même aux enfants
Translation - English I have been a childcare assistant for more than 25 years.
I have worked in many infancy sectors, including the hospital (maternity unit), social day-care and child minding centres, and as supervisor of an artistic and sensory workshop for autistic children.
As such, I have gathered a lot of experience and mastery in the psychomotor development of children; and thus become a real infancy professional.
As you know, a harmonious, careful and safe environment is indispensable for the proper growth of a child, right from their tender age, both at home and in school.
By this, I mean that we have a great responsibility as professionals of infancy.
Our role, within a qualified team, is to offer children maximum well-being and attentiveness to their fundamental needs, to enable them to grow as harmoniously as possible, both psychologically and physically.
Our job is to support and guide the children towards autonomy and grant them the zeal to discover the world around them.
It is important to always remember that every child is unique, and that every child grows at their own pace, even if the stages through which children pass remain the same.
As a professional of childcare, it is very important to consider the kid as a future adult; with his/her own family, social, cultural, emotional history; and we should take into account all these considerations before receiving the child.
I love teamwork, and, as far as I am concerned, it is very important that the relationship between the members of the team should be positive and joyous, as this is beneficial to everybody.
I am naturally joyous and sociable and would like to become part of a team which is ready to provide the best support to children.
