Source text - English This is a Phase 3, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study designed to assess the efficacy and safety of the investigational product administered subcutaneously every four weeks.
The primary endpoint is the change from baseline in the Disease Activity Score (DAS28) at Week 24. Secondary endpoints include the proportion of subjects achieving ACR20, ACR50 and ACR70 responses, and changes in patient-reported outcomes.
Inclusion criteria include adult subjects aged 18 to 75 years with a confirmed diagnosis of the target condition for at least six months and inadequate response to at least one prior conventional therapy. Subjects with active infection, significant cardiovascular disease, or known hypersensitivity to the study drug will be excluded.
