Source text - Russian Возможности применения наночастиц не ограничиваются определенным кругом. Они широко используются для диагностики и лечения различных заболеваний. В том числе и онкологических. Они также используются в иммунохимических методах исследования. Так, они активно исследуются в новом направлении экспериментальной медицины, которое сейчас называется «Наномедициной». По данным литературы известно, что, в частности, наночастицы серебра могут использоваться для получения широкого спектра материалов с бактерицидными свойствами. В то же время, за последние несколько лет установлено, что разные наночастицы, когда они попадают в организм человека, могут привести к развитию ряда серьезных заболеваний (нанопатологий). Также подчеркивается, что наночастицы металлов могут проникать в организм человека различными путями. Например, через слизистые оболочки дыхательных путей и пищеварительной системы, через кожу при использовании косметических средств. Могут проникать через кровоток в составе вакцин и сывороток и т.д. Опасность распространения заболеваний такого рода (нанопатологий), до сих пор до конца не изучена и не осознана. Однако, их значимость велика уже сегодня.	Translation - English Possibilities of nanoparticles use are not limited by a certain range. They are used widely to diagnose and treat different deceases, including cancer. They are also used in immunochemical research methods. Therefore, they are actively being researched in the new direction of experimental medicine called “Nanomedicine”. According to the literary reports it is known, that, in particular, nanoparticles of argentum can be used to produce a wide range of materials with antibacterial properties. At the same time, over the past few years it has been proven that, different nanoparticles, when they enter the body, they can cause development of severe deceases (nanopathologies). It is also emphasized that, metal nanoparticles can permeate into the human’s body in various ways, e.g. through mucosal respiratory and digestive systems, through the skin when using cosmetic agents. They can permeate through the bloodstream in vaccines, serums etc. The risk of deceases of this kind (nanopathologies) is still obscure and latent. However, their significance is already prominent today.
