Source text - Bosnian Proces pomirenja je društveni proces koji uključuje zajedničko priznavanje prošlih patnji i promjena destruktivnih stavova i ponašanja u konstruktivne odnose na putu izgradnje održivog mira.To je dug i složen proces i uslovljen je mnoštvom faktora. Zbog niza tih faktora odvija se sporo i otežano. Program je usmjeren prvenstveno na etnički podijeljene grupe, s ciljem uspostave veze povjerenja između njih kao preduslov pomirenju. Značajan broj ljudi ne vide perspektivu i svijetlu budućnost u mjestima povratka i dalje živi u strahu za svoju budućnost i budućnost svoje djece. Ovakva situacija svakako pokazuje koliko je cijeli proces pomirenja „osjetljiv“ na vanjska, politička dešavanja, te je zato važan kontekstualni pristup u radu sa primarnim i sekundarnim žrtvama torture radeći u zajednici kroz individualni i grupni rad. Time dajemo naglasak na jačanju unutarnjih kapaciteta grupa i individua te ih podržavamo da postanu aktivniji u kreiranju vlastite budućnosti.	Translation - English Reconciliation is the social process which understands mutual recognition of past sufferings and changes of destructive attitudes and behaviour into the more constructive relations towards the building of sustainable peace. It is a long-lasting and complex process, conditioned by the whole variety of elements, which all cause this process to be slow and difficult. The Programme is primarily focused on ethnically divided groups with the aim of establishment of trust and communication between them, as a precondition to reconciliation. A significant number of people do not see any perspective or any bright future for their children. Such situation undoubtedly reflects the sensitivity of the reconciliation process to external, political, happenings and therefore the contextual approach in the individual and community work with primary and secondary victims of torture is of an outmost importance. The methodology of this work underlines the importance of the strengthening of internal capacities of groups and individuals, and we provide them a support in becoming more active in creating their own future.
