I have always loved languages. Spanish became my passion as a child, and this, combined with my love of reading, writing, travel, and knowing people from different cultures, led me to a career dedicated to language teaching and learning. After graduating, I went to Spain to further my studies in Spanish, and there I began teaching English professionally. Since then, I went on to complete a Master's Degree in Linguistics and taught English and/or Spanish in the United States and abroad, including Mexico and Puerto Rico.

Although I was primarily a teacher, I was often asked to translate documents in the universities and colleges I worked in. I took on these projects eagerly, as I realized it was a way to improve my Spanish as well as to learn about a variety of subjects.

Living in Denver since 1998, I have had the opportunity to take on translation projects in the fields of Construction Safety, Human Resources, Education, Social Activism, and Human Development NGOs. I am currently in a certification program through the University of California San Diego Extension.

In addition, I teach English to international students at the University of Denver, and I teach Spanish online for two universities.

I work very well with deadlines and am committed to excellence in all my work. I look forward to meeting you and solving your translation needs.
