Dear Tom,
Thank you very much for the shown interest in our location!
We hereby have the pleasure of offering you the following quote for a group stay at La Colonie as recently discussed with us in Fougax et Barrineuf.
You've mentioned that you are currently looking for a 4 week stay, with 20 people per week where you will take care of your own bed linen and would like to make use of the kitchen, the Chapel and the 3rd floor which is the open floor where workshops and yoga can be given.
We suggest to offer you the use of the entire 2nd floor for the group stay and next to that the gite to accomodate for the number of beds. Besides that we think it is best that we reserve the chapel for you for your entire stay.
You will take care of all the meals, we will take care of the coffees and tea's during the day.
As this is your first trip as group organizer, and the fact that you will be here for 4 weeks with 20 people per week, we would like to offer you a special price.
The offer is compiled as follows:
• If you are planning to come with less then 16 people per week, we will have to adjust the offer accordingly.
• We have different type of rooms and according prices but for this quote we have decided to offer you a standerd unit price to make it easier.
• For the coach/trainer we have a separate gite available. This may be booked for the same room rate.
• In case of extra required heating, costs will be charged for the rate that is current at that time for gas/electricity.
• If you would like extra services we are happy to discuss and agreements can be made.
• We would like to receive a confirmation of reservation before March 1st 2016.
• Per May 15 (6 weeks prior to your stay) we ask a down-payment of 15% of the total amount for the 4 weeks.
• The remainder of the invoice will need to be paid no later than June 15th to our bank account, or after consultation in cash upon arrival.
The prices stated in this offer are valid until March 1st 2016. Of course we would very much like to hear from you to what you think of the offer and if we may make the reservation for you.

Hartelijk dank voor de getoonde interesse in onze locatie!
Hierbij brengen wij met genoegen de offerte voor verblijf met een groep bij La Colonie, zoals recentelijk bij ons in Fougax et Barrineuf besproken.
Je hebt aangegeven dat je je aan het oriënteren bent voor 4 weken, met wekelijks 20 personen, waarbij jullie zelf voor beddengoed zorgen en gebruik willen maken van de keuken, de kapel en de 3e verdieping – de open vloer waar goed workshops en yoga gegeven kan worden.
We stellen voor om de gehele 2e verdieping beschikbaar te stellen voor overnachten en daarbij de gite om voldoende slaapplaatsen te kunnen bieden. Daarnaast lijkt het ons het handigst als we de kapel voor alle dagen voor jullie reserveren.
Jullie zorgen zelf voor de maaltijden, wij zorgen voor de koffie en thee gedurende de dag.
Aangezien dit jouw eerste trip als groepsorganisator is en je 4 weken met 20 personen per week wil komen willen we je tegemoet komen en een scherpe prijs aanbieden.
De aanbieding is als volgt opgesteld:
• Mocht je met minder dan 16 personen per week komen, dan zullen we de aanbiedingen moeten herzien.
• Wij hebben verschillende type kamers en bijbehorende prijzen, voor deze offerte hebben we besloten een eenheidsprijs aan te bieden om e.e.a. gemakkelijker te maken.
• Voor de begeleider(s)/coach(es)/trainer(s) hebben wij een afzonderlijke gite beschikbaar. Deze mag voor dezelfde kamerprijs geboekt worden.
• Indien er extra gestookt moet worden, zullen de dan geldende elektra/gasprijzen gelden en deze per dag separaat aan jullie doorberekend worden.
• Indien jullie verdere verzorging van de dag zou willen, dan kunnen daar natuurlijk afspraken over gemaakt worden.
• Wij vragen graag bevestiging van reservering voor 1 maart 2016.
• Per 15 mei (6 weken voor aanvang verblijf) vragen wij een aanbetaling van 15% van het totaalbedrag voor de 4 weken.
• Het resterende bedrag zien wij graag uiterlijk op 15 juni op onze rekening, of na overleg contant bij aankomst.
De in deze aanbieding genoemde prijzen zijn tot 1 maart 2016 geldig. Natuurlijk horen wij graag eerder wat je van de aanbieding vindt en of wij voor jou een reservering mogen vastleggen.
