I hold a B.A. in Psychology, M.S. in Human Resource Development, and Educational Specialist (Ed.S) in School Psychology. I have over 18 years of experience working with children as a case manager and trainer in the child protection industry, and teacher and school psychologist in a large school district.

My areas of expertise include assessing safety and welfare of children, assessing employee on-the-job performance and developing appropriate training and strategies for improvement, and conducting psycho-educational evaluations and making recommendations to ensure students’ academic success. Additionally, I have written literature reviews on such topics as Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), emotional/behavioral disorders, learning disabilities, and special education services and interventions.

I am also fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Haitian Creole and flexible with working hours.
