Oft ist beim Versuch, Probleme zu lösen, der im Moment sehr trendige Zwischenruf: “So geht das nicht, es ist nicht immer alles nur schwarz-weiß, in Wirklichkeit gibt es viel grau, man muss das differenziert sehen!” zu hören. Diese Denkweise birgt die große Gefahr, dass vor lauter Diskutieren nichts passiert, oder zu lange nichts passiert. Wir sind der Ansicht, dass man jedenfalls differenziert überlegen und eine Sache aus allen Blickwinkeln analysieren muss. Von weit weg und als Masse betrachtet, wirkt auch tatsächlich vieles grau - der Einzelfall ist aber immer ganz klar schwarz - weiß, es kommt nur darauf an, welche Kriterien und Wertmaßstäbe man zur Beurteilung ansetzt. Wir setzen daher auf klare und mutige Entscheidungen nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen!

Trying to solve problems, you will nowadays hear someone yelling: “It’s no done like that. It’s not just black and white, in reality there are many shades of gray in between. You have to a more differentiated look at it. This mindset bears the risk of nothing happening or occurring too late because of ongoing discussions. We think everything has to be thought through in a differentiated manner and it has to be analysed from all angles. Viewed from the distance and as a bulk, a lot seems gray. But the individual case is definitely always black and white. It just depends on what criteria and measures of value you are using to for the evaluation. We stand up for clear and courageous decisions made in the best knowledge and belief!
