Born in Panama City (Central America), I grew up speaking Spanish
natively and English influenced by environment.

I majored in Electrical Engineering in the Federal University of Itajubá, Minas Gerais –
Brazil, and later in Operations of Interconnected Hydro-Electric Power Systems.
