Bio
My name is Davide, I was born in Italy but I spent half of my life in Spain, where I currently live.
I speak both Italian and Spanish at native/proficiency level. I also studied, worked and lived in Dublin(Ireland) for four years.
I have a degree in foreign languages and literature from the Parma University of foreign languages and I studied a year in the Marino college in Dublin, where I followed a course to master the English language.
Since 1998 I worked in international companies both in Dublin and Barcelona(Spain), I occupied different roles from admin to executive level using English, Spanish and Italian for communication and business purposes. I always produced ad hoc translations in all the companies I worked for, including press releases, software localisation, training manuals, web page content and so on.
I also worked as a freelance translator and interpreter on the side and I have now decided to work as a full time translator and interpreter.
