المرفق (اآ
يلتزم الطرف الثاني هتهههذ اعمال البنية التحتية هما في ذلك أعمال الحفر وتمديد المواسير لغرفة/غرف الاتصالات داخل (القصر صول) وفي حدود ساحة
لا تقل عن (ون،) متر مرك لتركيب الكهانن والأجهزة والمعدات لتقديم ونتننسقيل الخدمات المطلوبة وتوفير الكهرباء والإضاءة الداخلية والصيانة والنظافة الدورية
وننخصهمصها للطرف الأول وفي المواقع التي يحددها لتقديم الخدمات بالجودة المطلوبة دون اي نل٠عاث مطية أو خلافه على الطرف الأول طنة فترة سريان الاتفاقية
ويعد انتهائها حيث يظل حق الانتفاع بينه الغرفة/الغرف لدون اي عقاهل مالي ساريأ ضمانا لاستمرارية تقديم الخدمات حيث لا يحق للطرف الثاني يعد انتهاء مدة هذه
الاننقاقية المطالبة يازالة الكبائن والمعدات والأجهزة التي تم تركيبها ، كما لا يحق له المطالبة ياي مقابل مالي لقاء استخدامها لقي تقديم الخدمات يعد انتهاء مدة هذه
الاتفاقية ، وذلك طهقا للمواصفات والشروط التالية
٠ ينهض يامين مدخل خارجي مستقل يسمم هالدخول مباشرة للموقع لدون الحاجة للمرور خلال المكاتب والغرف الأخرى الموجودة يداخل المهنى
ويجب أن يظن الموقع قريبا او ملاصقا لأحد الحوائط الخارجية للمبنى هالطاهق الأرضي.
. يكون الطرف الثاني مسرولأ عن إعطاء منسوبي ومقاولي الطرف الأول المسوولين عن اعمال التركيب والتشغيل والصيانة وغيرها على مدار
الساعة التصاريح اللازمة لتسهيل دخولهم لتنفيذ الأعمال خلال المواعيد المحددة ، وكذلك تقديم المساعدة اللازمة لضمان قيامهم لاداء الأعمال
٠ ٠ القيام لمهؤه الأعمال على الوجه المطلوب
نظرأ لأن غرف أجهزة الاتصالات النابعة للطرف الأول تقع يعقد مبنى الطرف الثاني ، لذا يظن الطرف الثاني مسهلأ عن أمن المعدات ضد اعمال
السرقة لدالنغ،نلهب كما نحظر على الطرف الثاني وجود اشخاص غير مخولين يالتواجد بالموقع ، وفي حال تسهر الطرف الثانى عن قصد أو إهمال
او مقاولين او المستأجرين ياي اعطال هظشبكة الخاصة يمالطرف الأول او إلحاق اي اضرار أو خسائر بينه الشبكة او المعدات او الأجهزة فيحق
للطرف الأول مطالبة الطرف الثاني لتكاليف الصيانة والإصلاح المترتبة على ذلك او استهدالها حسب الأحوال ، مع حق الطرف الأول لمطالبة
الطرف ايثان يد نناهللهننره مساو لقيمة الأضرار النكهة عن نيك وفقا للأنظمة المدعية.

٠ يجب ننمئهيز مجلي اجهزة الإتصالات التاجة للطرف الأول بهاي من الألمنيوم او الحديد المقاوم للحريق ومزود يقفل كودي مهنانني او لنظام غلق
مماثل اخر يوافق عليا الطرف الاول خطيا.
٠ يهو على الطرثم الثاني ننخصبيصرى الموقع لاستخدامات أجهزة الاتصالات التابعة للطرف الأول فقط ، يحهث لا يتم وضع المعدات التابعة للطرف
الاول مي معدات اخرى خضة يالطرف الثاني او غيره لاي شكل من الأشكال ومهما كان نوع تلك الأجهزة والمعدات إلا يموافقة خطية عن الطرف
الاول ، ونك لهدفه تقاد{ أي خطا بشري في موقع العمل ، كما يهب ان ثيون الغرف المخصصة لمعدات الاتصالات يعيدة عن غرف الكهرباء
والمحولات والمولدات منعا يتداخل الموجات اللاسلكية المتولدة عن نظمغلى معدات اكهرياء مخا قد يؤثر على كفاءة عمل معدات الاتصالات.

نوع كهث الحراند او الحيز منطلهات اخري منطقة للحريق قد نكون مطلوبة لاستيلاء منطلياث كرد حريق المهدي المعمول لها في السلكة ويوافق
عليها الطرف الاول خطيا(

على الطرف الثاني تأمين طفاية حريق اضافية صن الحجم الأكبر المحمول يدوية والأفضل هودة حسب مواصفات الدفاع المدني لغرف معدات
الاتصالات.
. يجب على الطبقي الثاني عدهم تمرير انابيب المياه (لننإية ، صرف) من خلال اجهزة الاتصالات النماهعة للطرف الأول ، هان يكون الموقع هافا نمماصأ
ونظيفا طوال الوقت ، كما يهب ان يعلن العوني مزمنا وصورة جهدة ومعزولأ تماما ضد اي تسرب للمياه او الرطوبة تلاديا لأي عطل يلحق باجهزة
الاتصالات وخروجها من الخدمة فضلا عن امكانية حدوث التماس كهربائي .

The First Party’s Approved Conditions, Specifications and Technical Measurements of the Designated Locations for Communication Rooms
The Second Party is committed to prepare the infrastructure works including backfilling works and installing pipes to communication room / rooms inside (Alqasr Mall) in about (4*5) m2 area to install cabins and equipment to provide the required services and to provide electricity, interior lighting maintenance and periodic cleaning to allocate it for the First Party in his specified locations to provide services in the required quality without any financial implications or otherwise on the first party throughout the period of convention validity and after whereas he right to use this room / rooms remains valid without any financial compensation to ensure continuity of service as the Second Party has no right after this convention period ends to claim to remove the installed cabins and equipment ; he also has no right to claim any fees for using them to provide services after this convention period ends, in accordance with the following specifications and conditions:
1. Direct Entry
• An independent external entrance should be obtained to allow to enter directly to the location without going through other offices and rooms inside the building and the location shall be near or adjacent to one of the building external walls in the ground floor.
• The Second Party is in charge of giving necessary permits to facilitate entry to the First Party’s people and contractors who are in charge of installation, operation, maintenance and other works all the time to execute the work during the specified dates; and also to give them the necessary help to ensure that they perform their works and not to impede them to do these works as required.
2. Security
• As the communication equipment rooms of the First Party are located inside the Second Party’s building ;so the Second Party is in charge of equipment security against theft and vandalism and it is prohibited for the Second Party to let unauthorized people to exist in the location and in case of the Second Party, contractors or tenants for intentional or negligent caused any breakdowns to the First Party’s network or inflict any damages or losses to this network or equipment so the First Party has the right to claim the Second Party for maintenance and repair costs incurred accordingly or to replace it according to cases. Also the First Party has the right to claim the Second Party for paying compensation equal to the value of the damage resulting from it according to regulations in force.
3. Doors & Locks
• The communications equipment location of the First Party should be equipped with an aluminum or iron door which is fire resistant with Cody mechanical lock or other equivalent lock system written approved by the First Party.
4. Safety
• The Second Party should customize the location for the uses of communication equipment of the First Party only; so as not to put the First Party’s equipment with other equipment of the Second party or other in any form and whatever the type of this equipment except with written approval from the first party, this is to avoid any human fault in the work location, also the customized rooms for communication equipment should be away from electricity rooms, adapters and generators to prevent interference of radio waves generated from operating power equipment which may affect on communication equipment working efficiency.
5. Protection from the Dangers of Fire
√ General
• The Second Party should provide fire-fighting system in the building and to provide the communication equipment location with independent system for firefighting of fire suppression type or any other requirements related to firefighting which may be required to fulfill the requirements of the applicable Fire Code of Buildings in Kingdom (KSA) approved in writing from the First Party.
√ Fire Alarm Control Panel
• The Second Party has to provide extinguish control unit with electronic sound system (24) volt, optical smoke detector and extinguish switch or any other developed system approved in writing from the First Party.
√ Fire Detecting System
• The Second Party has to provide alarm system against fire which works with smoke detector system of the ionic type which works with photovoltaic technology or any other developed system approved in writing from the First Party.
√ Fire Extinguisher
• The Second Party has to provide an additional fire extinguisher large-sized handheld and best quality according to the Civil Defense specifications in the communication equipment rooms.
6. Protection from Water Leakage
• The Second Party should not install water pipes (supply – sewage) through the First Party’s communication equipment and the location should be completely dry and clean all the time. The location should also be well secured and completely isolated against any water leak or humidity to avoid any breakdown could happen to the communication equipment and make it out of service as well as the possibility of electric petition.
