DHickey Rubber Tech Consulting, LLC ( Dennis E. Hickey) Compensation and Expense Reimbursement: The consulting fee payable to Consultant is $ 40,000 per contract year, payable in 12 equal monthly installments. Each monthly payment is to be paid on or before the end of PIPCO’s accounting month. Reasonable travel, hotel and other expenses, incurred by Consultant for the performance of services under this Agreement is reimbursed to Consultant by PIPCO.
The Company also paid in 2015 $12,672 in perfect attendance and $12,472 in safety bonuses.
Bonus payments for 2016 have not been assigned, but the budgeted amounts are as follows: Third Quarter perfect attendance and safety awards $3,000 and $2,700, respectively; and $67,500 (equivalent to three quarters) of non-management year-end bonus of three weeks’ pay. In addition, for 2016, management bonuses will be as follows: Taneem Aziz and Douglas Pierce-$12,500 each; W. Keith Carter-$10,000; and Lou Barota and L. Greg Vanover, $7,500 each.
