We are a small, family business based on the beautiful Agios Prokopios area which has one of the most majestic beaches, not only in Europe but also world wide.
Just 50 meters away is our house where we offer our 5 rooms to let. Three studios in the first floor and two apartments in the second floor.
Starting back in 1992, we started building our house in what used to be an almost virgin natural habitat with just few houses around, and has now evolved to a welcoming coastal neighborhood. Everything you need is around the corner: cozy bars, traditional greek restaurants, super markets, car rentals, a pharmacy, bus and taxi station and recreational activities.
We try our best to give you a welcoming feeling during your stay. Each of our rooms has its unique character. All have a private balcony, private WC/shower, kitchenette with cooking possibility, a fridge, satellite TV, air condtion, wifi and a safe.
Our aim is to make you feel comfortable during your stay and enjoy your holidays to the most.

Siamo una piccola attività a conduzione familiare situata nella splendida area di Agios Prokopios, dove si estende una delle più incantevoli spiagge non solo d'Europa, ma anche del mondo.
A soli 50 m dalla spiaggia troverete la nostra residenza, dove proponiamo le nostre 5 camere in affitto: tre studio al primo piano e due appartamenti al secondo piano.
Tutto cominciò nel 1992, quando avviammo la costruzione dell'edificio in quello che ai tempi era un habitat naturale -quasi vergine- con poche case intorno, e che oggi si è trasformato in un accogliente litorale. Tutto ciò che vi occorre è dietro l'angolo: bar per tutti i gusti, ristoranti di cucina greca tradizionale, supermarket, autonoleggi, una farmacia, stazione bus e taxi, ed attività ricreative.
Facciamo del nostro meglio per regalarvi un caloroso benvenuto e rendere piacevole il vostro soggiorno. Ciascuna delle nostre camere ha una sua unicità e tutte sono dotate di balcone privato, bagno privato con doccia, angolo cottura accessoriato, frigorifero, TV satellitare, aria condizionata, Wi-Fi ed una cassetta di sicurezza.
Il nostro obiettivo è farvi sentire a vostro agio durante il vostro soggiorno e rendere la vostra vacanza la migliore di tutte.
