An English into Spanish translator graduated as an Electronic Engineer (major in Project Management) and studies in Financial Management, Sales, Teaching, and Training (all of them at University level); my work started as a NOC engineer and rapidly scaled towards a development and commercial departments, firstly as a Telecommunications Engineer and as a Senior Business Consultant; for Huawei and later for CzechTrade Colombia, both in which I developed my translation skills.

Avid reader; my main interests are technology and engineering in general, telecomm, politics, economics and news, just to mention a few. Last, but not least, good command of both portuguese and italian.

In all my jobs (and, of course, during all my studies) I needed to deliver presentations and lectures; as well as trainings of new engineers. Currently I'm working as a business consultant and project manager.

My approach to translating is based on context and interpretation; on meaning. No one can deliver a really good work using the exact same words in original document, and you must know how to say things properly in your language; that's why I mainly work with english into Spanish translations.
