Translation - Russian Статья L.442-6-I.5° Коммерческого кодекса Франции предусматривает следующее:
"Влекут ответственность и обязанность возместить причиненный ущерб следующие действия производителя, коммерсанта, промышленника или лица, состоящего в Реестре ремесленных предприятий:
5) резкое, пусть и частичное, расторжение прочных предпринимательских правоотношений без соответствующего предварительного письменного уведомления, учитывающего продолжительность этих отношений и соблюдающего минимальный уведомительный срок, который определяется в соответствии с деловыми обычаями, межотраслевыми соглашениями».
