Bio
From an early age I have developed a key interest in languages and cultures that has led me to pursue a career as a linguist. More recently I have challenged myself by undertaking research in the field of linguistics within various universities in Spain, the UK and the USA. My research is mainly related to discourse analysis in both English and Spanish however I have also published papers in language acquisition, Spanish cinema and translation. I am due to present my thesis within the next few months at the Complutense University in Madrid.
Throughout my career I have gained a vast amount of experience in a number of universities in the UK, Spain and the USA teaching Spanish and English as foreign languages. I have also worked as a linguist for different companies in Spain, the UK, the USA and Monaco.
I am a hard working, motivated and ambitious individual who always strives to improve and develop my knowledge and skills. I have a proven track record of academic achievements and teaching experience and wish to continue to pursue this throughout my career.
