6.1. The CUSTOMER warrants to the PROVIDER that it has the legal right and authority to enter
into and perform its obligations under this Agreement.
6.2. The PROVIDER warrants to the CUSTOMER:
(a) that it has the legal right and authority to enter into and perform its obligations under
this Agreement;
(b) that it will perform its obligations under this Agreement with reasonable care and skill;
(c) that the SERVICE will perform in accordance with the enclosed Appendix (subject to any
Upgrades);
6.3 The CUSTOMER acknowledges that complex software is never wholly free from errors
and the PROVIDER gives no warranty or representation that the SERVICE will bewholly free from such errors.

6.1. MÜŞTERİ, TEDARİKÇİ’nin garanti hakkının olduğunu ve bu Sözleşme kapsamında giriş izni olduğunu ve yükümlülüklerini yerine getirebileceğinin taahhütünü verir.
6.2. TEDARİKÇİ, MÜŞTERİ’ye aşağıda belirtilen hususları garanti eder:
(a) Yasal giriş izni olduğunu ve yükümlülüklerini bu Sözleşme kapsamında yükümlülüklerini gerçekleştireceğini,
(b) Bu sözleşme kapsamındaki yükümlülüklerini makul bir özen ve yeti ile yerine getireceğini,
(c) HİZMET’in ekte belirtilen hususlara(herhangi bir güncelleştirme hususu) uygun bir biçimde çalışacağını,
6.3 MÜŞTERİ kompleks yazılımın herhangi bir hatadan tamamen arındırıldığını kabul eder ve TEDARİKÇİ, HİZMET’in bu hatalardan tamamen arındığına dair herhangi bir garanti veya beyanda bulunmaz.
