Bio
I have a degree in Translation and Interpreting from the Jaume I University (Castellón) in English - French - Spanish - Catalan and a specialisation in Legal, Economic and Administrative Translation. I have also studied audiovisual translation (translation, dubbing and subtitling), generic translation, reverse translation, scientific-technical translation and interpreting.
After graduating, I completed a Master's degree in International Relations at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, as well as a Master's degree in Foreign Languages Teaching at the University of Alicante. As far as my work experience is concerned, I have gained experience in the field of international communication, as a translator and interpreter in the Department of Asylum and Refuge in the Red Cross, as an ERASMUS+ project assistant in an educational association in France, as well as a consultant in the communication area of GlobalCAD, a Barcelona-based company with international offices.
Currently, I am working as a teacher of technical English in Vocational Training, specialising in Administration and Finance, Electricity, Automatic Installations and Automotive, so I am very familiar with the vocabulary of different fields. I have also taught French, Spanish and Catalan in Secondary Education.
I consider myself a person with a passion for languages and communication. With a multifaceted and diverse profile, I would like to explore collaboration opportunities (be it in the field of writing, proofreading, translation, subtitling, dubbing, etc.), as I consider that this environment would fit perfectly with my dynamic and international nature.
