Uber Technologies Inc, which voluntarily suspended testing after the crash in the city of Tempe, said on Wednesday it planned to end testing in Arizona and focus on limited testing in Pittsburgh and two cities in California. Uber aims to resume its self-driving operations this summer, likely with smaller routes and fewer cars, the company said.

Source text - English In a highly interconnected world, pressures on one fragile state can have serious repercussions not only for that state and its people, but also for its neighbors and other states halfway across the globe. Since the end of the Cold War, a number of states have erupted into mass violence stemming from internal conflict. Some of these crises emerge from ethnic tensions; some are civil wars; others take on the form of revolutions; and many result in complex humanitarian emergencies.
Fault lines can emerge between identity groups, defined by language, religion, race, ethnicity, nationality, class, caste, clan or area of origin. Tensions can deteriorate into conflict through a variety of circum-stances, such as competition over resources, predatory or fractured leadership, corruption, or unresolved group grievances. The reasons for state fragility are complex but not unpredictable. It is critically important that the international community understand and closely monitor the conditions that contribute to fragility — and be prepared to take the necessary actions to deal with the underlying issues or otherwise mitigate the negative effects.

Source text - English Both iron and manganese occur naturally in the environment, and although iron is somewhat more abundant, both occur in ground- water systems. There are no primary drinking water standards for iron and manganese. An estimated 40% of US water utilities exceed the secondary maximum contaminant levels (SMCLs) for iron of 0.3 mg/L and for manganese of 0.05 mg/L. These SMCLs are intended to represent levels above which aesthetic problems can be expected. To prevent long-term aesthetic and operational problems from occur- ring, others have recommended levels of 0.1 to 0.2 mg/L for iron and
1.1 to 0.05 mg/L for manganese.
Carbon dioxide in groundwater works to dissolve the iron and manganese mineral compounds into the most commonly found forms in water: ferrous bicarbonate (Fe(HCO3)2) and manganese bicarbon- ate (Mn(HCO3)2). Other iron and manganese compounds are also formed in water, most notably, ferrous sulfate, manganous sulfate, and organic iron and manganese compounds.
