in the Chemical Recovery Department, Jilin Paper Mill, China as Technician,
Process Engineer, Project leader for Mill Expansion. 

1981 - 1983       Visiting
Scholar to Canada sent by the Ministry of Light Industry, China. Performed research
in the Pulp and Paper Center, University of Toronto, Canada.

1983 - 1985       Leader
of 300 Tons / day Black Liquor Recovery Furnace and Back Pressure Turbine
project commissioning. 

1985-1987         Deputy Mill
Manager and Deputy Chief Engineer of Jilin Paper Mill, China

1987 – 1988      Immigrated
to Canada. Research Associate at the University of Toronto,                         Canada

1988 - 2008      Technical
Service Engineer, Process Specialist in ERCO Worldwide, Canada. Main
responsibilities:  technical support,
process research, field troubleshooting, operator training, commissioning in Chlorine
Dioxide manufacturing plants worldwide.

2008 -              Retired.
Pursuing consulting service for industries.
