It may result from the excess hormones secreted during abnormal functioning of the outer substance-cortex-of the adrenal glands (Cushing's syndrome; aldosteronism), from the excess hormones from pheochromoCytoma, a tumour of the inner substance-medulla-of the adrenal glands, or from the excess hormones by pituitary tumours;Again, treatment is of the underlying condition.
Translation - Arabic ويمكن أيضا أن يكون سبب ارتفاع ضغط الدم هو ورم في الدماغ أو سكتة دماغية أو شلل الأطفال. وقد ينتج عن زيادة إفراز الهرمونات أثناء الأداء الغير طبيعي للقشرة الخارجية من الغدد الكظرية (ويطلق عليها متلازمة كوشينغ وفيها يكون زيادة في هرمون الألدوستيرون)، أو من زيادة إفراز الهرمونات من ورم القواتم، وهو ورم ينشأ من نخاع الغدد الكظرية، أو من زيادة إفراز الهرمونات بسبب أورام الغدة النخامية، فالعلاج يكون حسب مسببات المرض.

The systolic pressure continues to increase as the affected person grows older. The diastolic pressure rises until middle age. Essential hypertension is sometimes treated by administration of gunaethidine sulfate, which lowers the blood pressure by its effect upon the sympathetic nervous system.
Translation - Arabic يُسمى ارتفاع ضغط الدم لسبب غير معروف بارتفاع ضغط الدم الأساسي، وقد يكون وراثي، حيث يعتقد أنه يصيب النساء أكثر من الرجال، ويستمر الضغط الانقباضي بالارتفاع كلما تقدم الشخص المصاب بالعمر، في حين يرتفع ضغط الدم الانبساطي حتى منتصف العمر، ويعالج ارتفاع ضغط الدم الأساسي بوساطة إعطاء دواء الغوانيثيدين التي تخفض ضغط الدم بتأثيرها على الجهاز العصبي التلقائي(السيمبيثاوي).

Source text - Arabic ومن ناحية أخرى تنبأ الموظّفون بزيادة معدّل الفقر كون القرار، لم يتحدّث عن أيّ زيادة في راتب الموظّف العامّ الذي يعاني من عدم كفاية الراتب لمتطلّبات الحياة في ظلّ الغلاء المعيشيّ. ، وكانت حكومة الوفاق الفلسطينية قد أصدرت قرار في 27 أيلول/سبتمبر، والذي ينصّ على منع الازدواج الوظيفيّ للموظّفين العموميين (المدنيّين والعسكريّين)، ابتداء من العام المقبل، بهدف محاربة الفساد والتخفيف من نسبة البطالة.إذ يرى بعض القانونيّين أنّه يتعارض مع قانون الخدمة المدنيّة رقم 4 لسنة 1998، المعدّل بالقانون رقم 4 لسنة 2005، كما يتنبّأ الموظّفون بزيادة معدل الفقر كون القرار لم يتحدّث عن أيّ زيادة في راتب الموظّف العامّ الذي يعاني من عدم كفاية الراتب لمتطلّبات الحياة في ظلّ الغلاء المعيشيّ، إضافة إلى أنّ الحكومة أصدرت القرار، من دون أن توضح آليّات تطبيقه وحيثيّاته.
Translation - English In addition, staffs predict the increase in the poverty rate because decision does not include any increase in the salary of public official who is suffering from unsuitable salary for the basic of life during the expensive living condition. Palestinian consensus government was published decision on 27 September which prevents of second jobs for public officials (civilian and military), starting next year. Also, this decision was issued in order to fight corruption and reduce unemployment. Some legal experts see that this decision is contrary to the civil service law number 4 of 1998, as improved by law number 4 of 2005. In addition, staff predicts an increase of the rate of poverty because the decision does not talk about any increase in the salary of public official who is suffering from unsuitable salary for requirements of life throw expensive living life.
