Translation - English This island has been call Prison Island for a long, long time. What's more, its original function was-- as a place to seal off enormous Pests. For generations, the role of the people living here was to guard those sealed in Pests.
The seal around this island was extremely powerful. So long as their ritual was performed at certain intervals, no Pest would ever come back, no matter how strong it was. That was certainly an earthly paradise. The protection of the World Flower is a little weak out here, but there were absolutely no problems in living a normal day-to-day life.
And then--as those peaceful days continued, people forgot. That the Pests were sealed underground. That they had to keep vigil over that seal. The ritual became a ceremony, the ceremony a festival, and the significance of it all changed from what it first was.
Yet, who is to blame? We cannot compare a past so long gone with the present we face. Both are fact, both are real, both are true. No......That's most likely what I want to believe.......
Everyone born in this paradise yearned for its prosperity. That they tried to change its name is just one manifestation of that. It's not impossible to think that they might not want to continue talking of their ostentatious past. So this was nothing but......fate--.
Character A,"......So then the paradise that we had built on top of this prison shattered. The Pests sealed away since long ago woke and attacked the island...... You know what happened after that. I'm sure there's no need for me to say it again."
Character B,"An entire island as a prison....... That certainly clears up where these countless Pests have been coming from. But if that's true, then all the Pests that we've killed might only constitute one small fraction......"
Character A,"Let's finish up the problem at hand. It looks like we're closing in on our time limit with the weather and I'm sure it's not possible for us to slay every Pest, even if we started now and gave it 1000%. If we did that, then we wouldn't be able to leave the island."
Character C,"What we can do....... Subjugate, flee......Time limit......Investigate? No, that's not it......I still have to......"
Character C,"......Wait, a seal? Hey, so it's that the seal stopped working? It's just that the people on the island stopped performing the ritual, so if we had some information on it, then isn't it something that we could do? If so, then......"
Character A,"Oh, that's good. I was just thinking the same thing. That this island once locked all those Pests inside, means that we should be able to bring that power back to life. Really, it's just logical."
Character B,"Can we do that? Didn't the Pest escape when the seal broke......"
Character A,"You can so long as you all read the notes he has. Somehow, it's connected to the monuments, pillars, the wall, how the houses are arranged...... Every thing on this island forms plays a role in the power of the seal, so it says here that even if some parts are ruined, we can easily bring the power back."
Character A,"But, the part in the center...... It seems like only someone with the blood of an island can close the seal once more. Which means......"
Character D,"Me......It means me. ......Okay, I'll do it."

Translation - English A patient (26 years old, 59 kg) who experienced manic episodes after childbirth was prescribed lithium carbonate (600-1400 mg per day) and the relationships to Li concentrations in breast milk, serum Li concentrations, and the amount of breast milk secreted were examined, as well as the relationships to breast milk Na concentrations and breast milk K concentrations.
1. A strong correlation (r= 0.97) between breast milk Li concentrations and serum Li concentrations was detected. When serum Li concentrations were low, breast milk Li concentrations were approximately equal to serum Li concentrations, however when serum Li concentrations increased then breast milk Li concentrations rose dramatically, reaching 1.5 times that of serum concentrations.
2. Breast milk Li concentrations rose as the amount of secreted breast milk reduced, with a negative correlation (r= -0.87) between the breast milk Li concentrations/serum Li concentrations ratio and the amount of breast milk secreted.
3. A strong correlation (r= 0.92) between breast milk Li concentrations and breast milk Na concentrations was observed, but breast milk K concentrations tended to decline (r= -0.53) as breast milk Li concentrations increased.
4. As seen in this study, it is possible for breast milk to contain higher amounts of Li ions than found in serum, so Li therapy should be avoided while breastfeeding.

With over 15 years of study in Japanese, including 7 years living in the country, my work is supported by a deep understanding of both the language and its culture. All my work is triple-checked for accuracy, including a review by a native Japanese speaker to ensure that all nuances appear in the translation.
My primary areas of interest are literary and gaming, but I have also worked with legal contracts, medical records, import certificates, personal letters, and business presentations. I'm a thorough researcher who learns about the subject at hand, so I will return work with industry terminology and an understanding of the target audience.
Working with you to make sure that the translation meets both of our expectations is very important to me and I want to make sure that every piece of work meets the highest standards.
