As the son of American parents, I arrived in Brazil at the age of 9 mths. Having been raised in Brazil, I acquired full fluency in both English and Portuguese.
I began freelance translation work some 16 years ago while working for 8 years as an English teacher.

Over the past 7 years I have been active as a religious broadcast translator for nationally broadcast radio transmissions.

I have also 1 year of experience in lip sync translation for religious TV broadcasts as well as institutional videos for several Brazilian and multinational organizations.

I have 20 years of expertise in live audio. My experience in both fields has permitted me to develop a lip sync translation system for TV/video scripts with a precision of 1 to 2 tenths of a second per loop.

Besides translating, I also offer voice talent services for voiceovers (Please see more under "Background" below).
