Source text - English If the seller has already dispatched the goods before the grounds described in the preceding paragraph become evident, he may prevent the handing over of the goods to the buyer even though the buyer holds a document which entitles him to obtain them. The present paragraph relates only to the rights in the goods as between the buyer and the seller.
A party suspending performance, whether before or after dispatch of the goods, must immediately give notice of the suspension to the other party and must discontinue with performance if the other party provides adequate assurance of his performance.
Translation - Spanish En el caso de que el vendedor ya hubiere enviado la mercadería antes de que las causas detalladas en el párrafo precedente sean evidentes, dicha parte podrá evitar la entrega de la mercadería al comprador a pesar de que este posea un documento que lo autoriza a obtenerla. El presente párrafo se refiere únicamente a los derechos de mercadería entre comprador y vendedor.
La parte que resuelva el contrato, antes o luego del envío de la mercadería, deberá, con prontitud, enviar notificación de dicha resolución a la otra parte y, asimismo, deberá interrumpir su proceder si la parte incumplidora brindara la garantía suficiente de su cumplimiento contractual.

Since my early childhood, from the moment my mother bought me my first Spanish-English dictionary, I knew I had a thing for language. That led me to go on and specialize in translation studies at the University of Lanús in Argentina. During my course of studies, I was tasked with translating a number of texts of different nature. These dealt with a lot of different subjects in many different areas, both technical and legal. I earned my degree in technical translation, in 2017, and in 2019, I earned my degree in sworn translation.
I never believed that the knowledge obtained during my time at university would be enough to become a good professional and with this in mind is that I continue to acquire knowledge and attend many different courses at the Sworn Translators Association of the City of Buenos Aires (CTPCBA).
