Bio

I have been living and working in the Czech Republic since 2002, where I managed the in-house translations department for one of the "Big 4" accounting firms for 4 years, specializing in translations between Czech and English. From 2008 to 2017, I was the localization manager for a global software security company, also based in Prague, and managed the translation of the software products, website and various marketing related materials. During that time I have developed a good knowledge and understanding of the Czech language, as well as Russian, having been married to a Czech citizen who speaks Russian natively, for nearly 15 years.

Prior to moving to the Czech Republic, I worked for 17 years in the UK financial services industry.
