Bio
I am a native German-to-English translator and interpreter with more than eight years of in situ experience in hospitality, tourism, and ecology. I have studied and worked in the UK, the Caribbean, Germany, Spain, Australia, and Malta. Where I have helped clients translate flyers, documents and other marketing material, mediated between people of different backgrounds, cultures, and languages in diverse situations, educated people about local wildlife and ecosystems, given Scuba diving courses in English and German, and done interpretation for tour guides. I graduated from the University of Sussex with a degree in Cultural and Social Anthropology. I also speak fluent Spanish.
