Bio

I am an experienced translator, having started working as one in 1998. As I am bilingual, my target languages are Hungarian and Russian, with my source languages being German, English, Russian and Hungarian.

As I started out as a translator in biological and biochemical research, in the course of my career I have had the opportunity to participate in EC-funded international research projects and have gained significant experience with EU regulatory and administrative documents. Later I have also branched out into regulatory and licensing documentation in the area of the nuclear industry.

My other area of significant experience is marketing, especially in cosmetics, fashion and food industry.

I am using CAT tools such as SDL Trados, Memsource, MemoQ, Across, Text United, Translation Workspace, Wordfast and others upon request.
