I have an MA degree in English and American Studies and Bulgarian Studies, University of Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria.

I currently teach in the Bachelor program of translation from Bulgarian into English and vice versa and in the Masters program of Conference interpreting at the above University . I have completed a course for teachers in Conference interpreting – consecutive and simultaneous interpretation – Directorate General “Interpretation”, Brussels. I have been involved in numerous long-term projects and single translation assignments for different institutions and private entities since 1997 onward. My experience covers many fields such as:

* translation of user manuals; 

* court decisions, appeal filings and other legal documents; 

* discharge summaries and other medical documents; 

* operational programs, guidelines and other related documentation; 

* translation of the International Sporting Code of the FIA; 

* translation of Articles of incorporation and other company legal and accounting documents; 

* ISO documentation of several companies; 

* environmental impact assessments in agriculture and farming; 

* translations in the sphere of education and health care; 

* translations in the sphere of economy, business and marketing.
