Dear Sir or Madam I am an Italian
mechanical engineer with a master’s degree in Energy Systems and I am really
interested in the field of renewable energy and sustainability. I completed my bachelor’s
degree in mechanical engineer at the University of Catania in Italy. After I finished
my bachelor’s degree, I worked for almost two years as mechanical engineer by
“Camozzi GmbH”, an Italian company which have a branch in Germany. The company
deals with the design and the production of compressed air components for the
automation industry. Here I had the opportunity to improve my technical and
language skills. Afterwards I decided
to leave the company because I wanted to expand my knowledge in the field of
energy and the related technologies. For this reason, I decided to start a master’s
degree in Energy Systems at the University of Applied Science of Aachen in
Germany. During the master’s
degree I had the opportunity to improve the Matlab programming skills through
the courses of “Mathematical Tools and Simulation”, “Chemical Reaction Theory”,
“Advanced Control Systems” and “Simulation and Optimization”. Moreover, I had
also the chance to work as student assistant in a project for the development
of an air-cooling system for a range extender of an electric car by using the FEM
Software “Oersted”. I wrote my
master thesis by an engineer office in called “Nesseler Grünzig” in cooperation
with the University of Aachen. The aim of the project was to design and
simulate different thermal plant of a big building and analyse which was the
best option in order to reduce the CO2 emissions. After I
completed my studies I started to work as energy engineer by “BFT-Planung”, an
engineer office which deals with the sizing and construction of water, thermal
and energy systems. My tasks are to plan, size and analyse the systems. I would be happy
to receive your requests. Best regards, Giuseppe
