Todos te saludan por la calle y te llaman por tu nombre de pila como si fueras de su familia. Los niños, las mujeres y los viejos te sonríen ilusionados como quién ha visto a una estrella terrenal. En los bares, siempre alguien te ha pagado ya la consumición cuando pides la cuenta. En las tiendas, los dueños te reservan su mejor descuento. Tus vecinos te adoran y sabes que pondrían la mano en las brasas por ti. Cada cuatro años te votan en masa, pero día a día te revalidan y te empujan con mil palmadas en la espalda que suenan como aplausos. Eres el político más popular y valorado. Y sólo tú sabes que, además, eres un corrupto.

أنتَ وحدك تعلم
يحييكَ الجميع في الشارع، ينادونك باسمك كما لو كنت من عائلتهم، الأطفال والنساء والشيوخ يبتسمون بأملٍ كمن شاهد نجمًا على الأرض. في الحانات، شخص ما دائمًا يدفع عنك الحساب حين تطلبه. في المحلات، يقدم لكَ أصحابها أفضل الأسعار والتخفيضات. يحبك جيرانك وتعرف أنهم قد يضعون أيديهم في الجمر لأجلك. كل أربعة أعوام يصوتون لك بكثافة، ولكن يومًا بعد يومٍ يجددون ثقتهم فيك ويشجعونك بألف تربيتة على ظهرك تشبه التصفيق. أنت السياسي الأكثر شعبيةً وتقديرًا. وأنتَ وحدك تعلم، فضلًا عن ذلك، أنك فاسد.

I've studied Hispanic literature in Cairo University in addition to language courses in el instituto Cervantes. I've also participated in translation activities like Spanish movies festival at Cairo opera house 2017 .My humble experience in that field that was gained through university activities helped me a lot discovering new concepts and gave me a global insight of the world.
