Bio

I am a native Portuguese speaker and language enthusiast, currently enrolled on a PhD program in International Relations.

I lived in the UK for almost 2 years and have a postgraduate qualification from the University of London. Because of this, I am highly comfortable with academic written work in both English and Portuguese, especially in Social Sciences.

I have voluntarily submitted subtitles for YouTube as a hobby for many years. Additionally, I have also worked as a proof reader in Portugal for medical professionals (in Neurology and Infectious Diseases) who needed my assistance with lengthy professional reports and CVs (references available upon request). However, I only accept medical translation/proof reading work if I have a direct line of communication with the client, to ensure the quality of the final product.
