You also need ways of recognizing and resolving conflict amongst people, so that conflict does not become so serious that co-operation is impossible. All members of any organization need to have ways of keeping conflict to a minimum - and of solving problems caused by conflict, before conflict becomes a major obstacle to your work. This could happen to any organization, whether it is an NGO, a CBO, a political party, a business or a government.

Bio
Born in Porto Velho, RO in Brazil to a bi-lingual family, I grew up speaking Portuguese natively. I spent most of my childhood in Brazil, until I was about 10. My parents then moved to the United States where I picked up the English Language and remembered the methods I used to become fluent in six months.
After moving back to Brazil three years later, I was offered a job at a private school teaching English to students of all ages, improving more of what I already knew in English.
After 3 years in Brazil I decided to come back and start my life in the U.S. again. I continued teaching English and started to work on Simultaneous translations, that's when I found out this is what I am really good at.
I began my studies in this career and soon realized I needed some more resources to find work and improve my methods. I currently work with Universe Communications and some online companies doing simultaneous translations.
