Bio
I have a degree in medicine and in pharmaceutical medicine & pharmacology. I worked as a medical doctor in the fields of general medicine and internal medicine. In addition I worked in the pharmaceutical industry for many years. Since 2014 I translate for a medical website in the Netherlands. The website provides independent medical information to lay people. Most of the medical information is translated from articles published in medical journals, and transcribed from medical professional terminology (mostly English) to lay-terminology in Dutch.
