I have Bachelor's Degree of Arts (English) and Mass Communication, with 18-year experience working in different sectors; Airlines, hotels, fishing fly manufacturer and education. From 10 years as a Supervisor Cabin Attendant of an airline to a Customer Service Manager, now I am a full-time freelance translator, content writer, virtual assistant and coordinator.
