I am a Russian native speaker who has been living and working in the United States for the past 5 years where I earned my citizenship. I am an interpreter and translator with a solid background in customer service.

At the moment I am working for Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders in Belarus TB Project. I translate documents from/to English into Russian including translation of government and pharmaceutical documents, letters, medical reports, etc. I handle the translators’ queries when working on internal projects in Smartcat system. Also, I interpret presentations and meetings as requested and in daily working life to allow a continuation of the MSF  project with a clear understanding of both parties including legal advisors, government authorities, etc. 

My past experience includes providing over the phone interpretation services for U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS), banks, financial institutions, hospitals, urgent care and clinical research facilities, nursing homes, government agencies and legal offices, law enforcement agencies, universities, colleges and K-12 schools, corrections facilities, corporations with international presence or branches, insurance companies, utilities, private businesses, social services).

I also worked for an aviation services company named Swissport, where I was responsible for the day-to-day performance of the customer service team and assisted in resolving customers’ issues that were escalated to the team supervisor for handling. In addition, I was assigning shift tasks to the team members and preparing shift sales reports.
