Source text - Indonesian Pulmonary Tuberculosis (TBC) merupakan suatu penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Penyakit TBC menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia dan salah satu penyebab kematian. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan pengobatan TBC antara lain faktor medis dan non medis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh dari faktor usia, jenis pekerjaan, jenis pengobatan, sikap petugas kesehatan, peran pengawas minum obat (PMO) dan kepatuhan minum obat dari pasien TBC di rumah sakit umum daerah kabupaten bima tahun 2019 terhadap keberhasilan pengobatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian survey analitik, dengan pendekatan berupa cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode total sampling pada pasien TBC yang memulai pengobatan dari bulan Januari sampai Agustus tahun 2019 dengan jumlah responden yang digunakan sebanyak 42 orang dari total populasi sebanyak 68 orang. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan metode fisher’s exact dan kolmogorov-smirnov. Hasil uji statistik menunjukan tidak terdapat hubungan antara faktor usia, jenis pekerjaan dan jenis pengobatan dengan keberhasilan pengobatan TBC dimana didapatkan hasil p-vaule secara berturut-turut (1,000>0,05), (1,000>0,05) dan (0,616>0,05). Translation - English Pulmonary Tuberculosis (TBC) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. TBC disease is one of the public health problems in Indonesia and one of the causes of death. Several factors can affect the successful treatment of TBC, namely, medical and non-medical factors. This study aimed to determine the description and the effect of age, type of occupation, type of treatment, attitudes of health workers, the role of supervisors taking medication (PMO), and medication adherence from TBC patients in the Regional Public Hospital, Bima Regency in 2019 on the successful treatment. This study was a quantitative research with an analytic survey research method and cross-sectional approach. In taking the sample, the researcher used a total sampling method in tuberculosis patients who started treatment from January to August 2019. The total number of respondents used was 42 people from a total population of 68 people. The data obtained were analyzed by fisher's exact method and Kolmogorov-Smirnov. The statistical test results showed that there is no relationship between age, type of occupation, and type of treatment to the successful treatment of TBC in which the results are obtained with a p-value of (1,000>0.05), (1,000>0.05), and (0.616> 0.05), respectively. Source text - Indonesian Air merupakan sumber daya alam yang diperlukan bagi manusia dan makhluk hidup lainnya, untuk itu perlu menjaga kualitas air agar air dapat memberikan fungsinya bagi kehidupan makhluk hidup (Effendi, 2003). Menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2009 tentang Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup, Daya Tampung Lingkungan Hidup adalah kemampuan lingkungan hidup untuk menyerap zat, energi dan/atau komponen lain yang masuk atau dimasukkan ke dalamnya. Semakin berkembangnya zaman, Kota Cimahi mengalami peningkatan penduduk serta pertumbuhan industry yang semakin pesat. Adanya industri dan pertumbuhan penduduk disekitar Sub DAS Cibabat akan mempengaruhi kualitas air Sungai Cibabat, menurut Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) Kota Cimahi, Sungai Cibabat memberikan kontribusi COD (chemical oxygen demand) sebesar 68,89 persen dari kegiatan domestik dan 30,97 persen dari kegiatan domestik, BOD (biological oxygen demand) sebesar 69,98 persen dari kegiatan indsutri dan 30 persen dari kegiatan domestik. Sebanyak 36 industri dengan jenis industri yang berbeda berada di Sub DAS Cibabat Kota Cimahi (Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Cimahi, 2018). Industri yang berada di kawasan tengah 11 industri dan hilir 25 industri.
Translation - English Water is a natural resource needed for humans and other living things. For this reason, it is necessary to maintain the quality of water so that water can provide its function for the life of living things (Effendi, 2003). According to Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management, Environmental Capability is the ability of the environment to absorb substances, energy, and/or other components that enter or are incorporated into it. As time develops, Cimahi City has increased the population and industrial growth that is increasingly rapid. The existence of industry and population growth around the Sub Watershed of Cibabat will affect the water quality of the Cibabat River. According to the Environment Agency (EA) of Cimahi City, Cibabat River contributes 68.89 percent COD (chemical oxygen demand) from domestic activities and 30.97 percent from domestic activities, BOD (biological oxygen demand) of 69.98 percent from industrial activities and 30 percent from domestic activities. A total of 36 industries with different types of industries are in the Sub Watershed of Cibabat in Cimahi City (Environment Agency of Cimahi City, 2018). Industries are located in the middle of the 11 industries and 25 industries downstream.
