PROCEDURE
The patient was in supine position with elevated right arm. Marking for radical mastectomy was done. The tumor was localized in the upper outer quadrant of the breast with many palpable lymph nodes in the right axilla. Radical mastectomy with breast divided from the pectoralis muscle done and axillary clearance in level 1 and level 2 with many hard palpable lymph nodes resected. Two drains applied and subcutaneous tissue sutured with Vicryl and skin with Monocryl subcuticular and fixed by Steri-strips. Compression dressing was applied.

إجراءات العملية:
استلقت المريضة مع رفع الذراع اليمنى لأعلى، وقام الأطباء بوضع العلامات لعملية الاستئصال الجذري للثدي، حيث يوجد الورم بالربع العلوي الخارجي للثدي الأيمن بالإضافة لوجود العديد من العقد اللمفاوية المحسوسة تحت الإبط الأيمن.
وقد تمت عملية الاستئصال الجذري للثدي من العضلة الصدرية، وقام الأطباء بعملية التطهير الإبطي على المستويين الأول والثاني، مع إزالة العديد من العقد اللمفاوية الصلبة الملمس، كما قام الأطباء بعمل منزحين للجرح، وخاطوا الأنسجة تحت الجلدية بخيوط الفيكريل كما خاطوا الجلد بخيوط المونوكريل بتقنية الخياطة تحت البشرة، مع تثبيت الجرح بضمادة لاصقة ستيري ستريبس بالإضافة للضمادة الضاغطة.

What Metformin hydrochloride is Metformin hydrochloride tablet contains metformin, a
medicine to treat diabetes. It belongs to a group of medicines called biguanides.
Insulin is a hormone produced by the pancreas that makes your body take in glucose (sugar) from the blood. Your body uses glucose to produce energy or stores it for future use.
If you have diabetes, your pancreas does not make enough insulin or your body is not able to use properly the insulin it produces. This leads to a high level of glucose in your blood. Metformin hydrochloride helps to lower your blood glucose to as normal a level as possible.

ما هو هيدروكلوريد الميتفورمين
تحتوي أقراص هيدروكلوريد الميتفورمين على مادة الميتفورمين، التي تستخدم في علاج داء السكري، وهي تنتمي لمجموعة أدوية البيجوانيد.
ينتج البنكرياس هرمون الأنسولين الذي يساعد الجسم على استخدام الجلوكوز الموجود بالدم، حيث يستخدمه الجسم في إنتاج الطاقة أو يخزنه لحين الحاجة إليه فيما بعد.
لذا فإن كنت تعاني من داء السكري، فهذا يعني أن البنكرياس لديك لا ينتج أنسولين بشكلٍ كافي أو أن جسدك لا يستطيع استخدام الأنسولين المنتج بشكل صحيح، مما يؤدي إلى ارتفاع مستوى سكر جلوكوز الدم، وهنا يأتي دور هيدروكلوريد الميتفورمين حيث يعمل على تقليل مستوى جلوكوز الدم للمستوى الطبيعي له قدر الإمكان.
