My name is Silvie Pohlová, I live in Brno - Czech Republic. I had been studying comprehensive school with English as a teaching
language of selected subjects (such as History, Geography, Biology etc.)
and I have successfully passed through a translation seminar. Before I went to the university in 2014, I gained FCE certificate of B2 level. I finished my university studies of Czech language and literature in June 2019 when I gained Master's degree. At the university, I went - among othe things - through various proofreading, creative writing and review seminars.
My work experience includes a part-time job as a copywriter for SEO light company (creating Czech texts of various topics for on-line magazines) and hostess working for Ariana agency, representing various companies at the international engineering fairs in Brno and providing basic information about them to the potential customers (in English for foreigners). Now I work as a copywriter and proofreader for Vratné lahve company and as a private English teacher. I am looking for another experience as a translator from English, proofreader of Czech texts and copywriter in both Czech and English.
