Type of Business and Nature of Operation
The Company serves as an intermediary to conduct an auction of all types of property, as well as provide other related services e.g. transportation of auctioning property, fund seeking for bidders by coordinating with finance firms. However, other related services are additional to facilitate property owners or bidders. The company has a total of 23 auction sites and pre-auction storage of vehicle in 22 provinces.
1. Property Auction Services
The Company earns income primarily from property auction broker service by collecting commissions from property owners and/or administration fees from buyers, as the case may be. Important factors of doing broker business are transparency, fair and be able to utmost respond needs of both group of involver. In broker business, there are 2 different groups of involver, buyers and property owners.
Buyers : demand variety type and amount of property in order to select and buy property that match to their budget.
Property owners : want to sell their properties at appropriate prices by choosing broker company that has more bidder in order to increase chance of sales. In addition, fair deals influence property prices.
From the needs described before, being successful in broker business, the company emphasise in searching variety types of property in sufficient amount to attract more bidders which will increase auction success rate. Generally, company does not collect commissions from property owner since fair deals always create the higher satisfied prices.
Properties auctioned by the Company can be classified into three major groups
1. Automobiles
Auction on automobiles create major profit to the company making up around 71%-73% of its total revenues. The company provides auction service in every kind, brand and model of automobile in all conditions such as drivable, fixable or ruins from accident. There are 2 groups of automobile owner
Juristic entities: Including financial institutions and leasing companies with seized automobiles from their auto financing services, car rental companies with vehicles that have reached the end of their economic useful life, and general companies with executive cars or company cars for employees.
Individual persons: Including general car owners and used car traders (car yards) wishing to dispose of their cars for a stock turnover.

บริษัทประกอบธุรกิจให้บริการเป็นคนกลางในการจัดการประมูลทรัพย์สินทุกประเภท รวมทั้งให้บริการด้านอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการประมูล เช่น การเคลื่อนย้ายทรัพย์สินที่ทำการประมูล การประสานงานกับสถาบันการเงินในการหาแหล่งเงินทุนในการซื้อทรัพย์สินแก่ผู้ประมูล เป็นต้น อย่างไรก็ตาม การให้บริการด้านอื่นๆ นั้น เป็นการให้บริการเสริมเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่เจ้าของทรัพย์สินหรือผู้ประมูลซื้อ โดยบริษัทมีสถานที่ให้บริการจัดการประมูล และสถานที่จัดเก็บทรัพย์สินในส่วนของรถยนต์ที่จะนำเข้าสู่การประมูลทั้งสิ้นรวม 23 แห่งซึ่งตั้งอยู่ใน 22 จังหวัด
1. การให้บริการประมูลทรัพย์สิน
รายได้ส่วนใหญ่ในการประกอบธุรกิจของบริษัทมาจากรายได้ค่าบริการในการเป็นคนกลางในการประมูลทรัพย์สินเป็นหลักซึ่งบริษัทจะรับรู้รายได้ในรูปแบบค่าธรรมเนียมในการให้บริการโดยอาจมีทั้งการเรียกเก็บค่าคอมมิชชั่นจากเจ้าของทรัพย์สินที่นำมาประมูล และ/หรือ ค่าดำเนินการจากผู้ประมูลซื้อ แล้วแต่กรณี
ทั้งนี้ ปัจจัยสำคัญในการประกอบธุรกิจคนกลาง คือ ต้องโปร่งใส เป็นธรรม และสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้เกี่ยวข้องทั้ง 2 กลุ่มได้สูงสุด โดยการเป็นคนกลางในธุรกิจประมูลนั้น ผู้เกี่ยวข้องจะประกอบด้วยผู้ประมูลซื้อ และเจ้าของทรัพย์สินที่นำมาประมูล ซึ่งมีความต้องการที่แตกต่างกัน กล่าวคือ
ผู้ประมูลซื้อ : ต้องการความหลากหลายของทรัพย์สิน และปริมาณที่เพียงพอ เพื่อให้สามารถเลือกและได้ทรัพย์สินที่ตรงตามความต้องการ และมีราคาที่เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของตน
เจ้าของทรัพย์สิน : ต้องการให้สามารถจำหน่ายทรัพย์สินของตนเองได้ในราคาที่เหมาะสม โดยเจ้าของทรัพย์สินจะเลือกบริษัทผู้จัดการการประมูลที่มีผู้เข้าร่วมประมูลเป็นจำนวนมาก เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสที่สินค้าของตนจะสามารถจำหน่ายได้ รวมทั้งมีการแข่งขันอย่างสมบูรณ์ ส่งผลต่อราคาจำหน่ายทรัพย์สิน
จากความต้องการที่แตกต่างดังกล่าวข้างต้น การประสบความสำเร็จในการประกอบธุรกิจประมูลนั้น บริษัทต้องให้ความสำคัญในการจัดหาทรัพย์สินในการประมูลให้มีความหลากหลายและมีปริมาณที่เพียงพอ เพื่อกระตุ้นให้มีผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมการประมูลเพิ่มขึ้น ซึ่งจะส่งผลต่อโอกาสที่การประมูลทรัพย์สินสำเร็จเพิ่มขึ้น รวมทั้งมีความเป็นธรรมของราคาที่เพิ่มขึ้นจากการแข่งขันที่สมบูรณ์ ทำให้โดยส่วนใหญ่ในการประกอบธุรกิจแล้ว บริษัทมิได้เรียกเก็บค่าคอมมิชชั่นจากเจ้าของทรัพย์สินที่นำมาประมูลแต่อย่างใด
ทรัพย์สินที่บริษัททำการจัดการประมูล สามารถจำแนกได้เป็น 3 ประเภทหลัก ดังนี้
1. รถยนต์
การให้บริการประมูลรถยนต์ถือเป็นรายได้หลักของบริษัท โดยมีสัดส่วนประมาณร้อยละ 71-73 ของรายได้รวมของบริษัทตลอดช่วงเวลาที่ผ่านมา บริษัทมีการให้บริการประมูลรถยนต์ทุกประเภท ทุกยี่ห้อ ทุกรุ่น ทั้งรถยนต์ที่สามารถขับเคลื่อนได้ สามารถซ่อมได้ หรือซากรถจากอุบัติเหตุ โดยเจ้าของทรัพย์สินรถยนต์ที่นำมาประมูล จะประกอบด้วย 2 กลุ่มหลัก คือ
กลุ่มนิติบุคคล เช่น สถาบันการเงิน บริษัทลิสซิ่ง ที่มีการยึดรถจากการปล่อยสินเชื่อรถยนต์, บริษัทรถเช่าที่รถยนต์ครบกำหนดอายุใช้งาน, บริษัททั่วไปที่มีรถยนต์สำหรับผู้บริหาร หรือรถยนต์ส่วนกลางของพนักงาน เป็นต้น
กลุ่มลูกค้าบุคคล เช่น บุคคลทั่วไปที่เป็นเจ้าของรถยนต์, ผู้ค้ารถยนต์มือสอง (เต้นท์รถ) ซึ่งต้องการนำรถยนต์ของตนเองมาจำหน่ายเพื่อการหมุนเวียน เป็นต้น
