English to Arabic: memorandum of understanding
Source text - English المادة الأولى: يعتبر التمهيد السابق جزءاً لا يتجزأ من هذه المذكرة.
المادة الثانية: اتفق الطرفان على التعاون فيما بينهما لمشروع تدريب وتمويل عدد من الشركات الريادية .
المادة الثالثة: يلتزم الطرف الثاني في تقديم المساعدة والمساهمة في مهمة تدريب وتمويل الشركات الريادية التي تم الاتفاق علها
المادة الرابعة: يلتزم الطرفين بإعطاء حق الاولوية لكل منهما الأخر في الشراكة في البرامج والمشاريع والأنشطة والمبادرات والشراكات التي تساعد على تحقيق أهداف ورؤية كل منهما.
المادة الخامسة: يلتزم الطرف الاول بوضع شعار الطرف الأول في جميع الاعلانات الخاصة بعملية التدريب والتمويل.
المادة السادسة: يبدأ العمل بهذه المذكرة من تاريخ توقيعها، ولمدة----، وتجدد تلقائيا ما لم يخطر أحد الطرفين الأخر بعدم الرغبة في التجديد وذلك قبل نهايتها ب 3 شهور على الأقل من تاريخ انتهائها.
المادة السابعة: يمكن تعديل أو تنقيح هذه المذكرة فقط بموجب مذكرة تفاهم خطية من قبل الطرفين، وبموافقتهما وتوقع من قبلهما.
المادةالثامنة: يمكن تعديل أو تنقيح هذه المذكرة فقط بموجب مذكرة تفاهم خطية من قبل الطرفين، وبموافقتهما وتوقع من قبلهما.
المادة التاسعة: لا يتحمل الطرف الأول أي تبعات مالية لأي نشاط إلا بالتوافق بين الطرفين ما عدا المذكور في المادة الخامسة من اتاحة موارد مادية مثل قاعات ومكتبات ومختبرات.
المادة العاشرة: أي مراسلات أو اتصال يخص مذكرة التفاهم هذه يجب أن يكون كتابياً او عبر البريد الالكتروني، كما يجب أن يُسَلَّم شخصيًّاً أو يرسل بالبريد الالكتروني
المادة الحادية عشر: يلتزم الطرفان بمراعاة حقوق الملكية الفكرية والأدبية الخاصة أو المملوكة للطرف الآخر وعدم التعدي عليها.
Translation - Arabic Article 1: The above preamble shall be part and parcel of this memorandum.
Article 2: The two parties agreed to cooperate in Cooper8Up Programme implemented by PICTI in partnership with Youth Economic Empowerment Project Implemented by Palestinian Business Women’s Association (ASALA) in partnership with "DCA/NCA which aims at funding marketable, entrepreneurial, and technological solutions.
Article 3: The second party (PICTI) shall provide the best entrepreneurial, and technological Ideas for the first party(ASALA), most entrepreneurial and creative ideas.
Article 4: The first party shall trains 15 Group for four continuous days in Business Plan. In addition to Incubating and funding the best 4 startups with 2500$ grant. Incubation period is 1 month.
Article 5: The second party shall supervise the 4 projects chosen for incubation and train them how to design, analyze the product , and build the initial pilot of project. In addition to provide a business expert for mentoring sessions.
Article 6: The second party shall understand that process of communication with projects would be achieved through the first party (PICTI)
Article 7: Any correspondences or communications respective to this memoranda of understanding must be written or by e-mail. And it has to be delivered in person, or sent by e-mail.
Article 8: Both parties are allowed to put name, or logo of each other in their private advertisements of the project if the two parties wishes to do so.
Article 9: This memoranda of understanding will start functioning from its date of signature, and will last for 2 months.
Article 10: This memoranda of understanding may be modified or amended by written memoranda of understanding by agreement and signature of the two parties.
Article 11: The second party is not responsible for any financial implications of any training or activity only with the mutual consent of the two parties. Except providing what is mentioned in the 5 article (Rooms, libraries, and laboratories)
Article 12: The two Parties are pledge to observe Intellectual, and moral property rights belongs to the other party and not to infringe upon those rights.
