Angelica Hernandez is a language specialist. She is nearing completion of a Ph.D. in linguistics. Her main research topics include language contact in Canada, particularly the Spanish-English language contact situation in Ontario. She is fluent in written and oral French, English, and Spanish, as well as an experienced university-level French, Spanish, and Linguistics lecturer. She has over seven years of experience in language research and providing language-related services such as transcription, translation, interpretation, editing and creating scientific and pedagogical content, and teaching. Prior to specializing in linguistics, Angelica also completed an honour's bachelor degree in biology, and worked editing scientific articles in specialist areas such as avian research, environmental science, human physiology, and cardiology. |
