Hello,

My Name is Anne Emonts, I've been married for 38 years and have four grown kids, and three grandchildren. All four children have already moved out.

My husband, Ralph Küchen, works since 20 years as Import and Export Sales Manager for a Belgian furniture factory. His main market area is USA, India, Brazil and different French-speaking countries, and also Germany .

To facilitate his work, I translated from the beginning all business correspondence in German>French, French>German, English>German, German>English.

Furthermore, I made proofreading from different Bachelor and Master theses.

We live in Belgium, a trilingual country, and we had the chance to learn German, French, Flemish and English in school since our childhood, so that we can get along in our country. 

I think I can rightly say that we have, after German, at least French as second native language.   

Also, two of our four children have partners whose language we do not speak. That's why we communicate in English with them.

I enjoy the work as translator and proofreader, and besides my work as artist,      I have a lot of time to work for different translations service providers,   such as q-trans or Nordika. 

We work as a 4-member team: my sister, two of our children and me. They grown up in the same linguistic circumstances as I did.

So we are perfectly suited for this type of jobs!
