I am Lucia, an Italian-born translator with 3 languages (EN/FR/DEU>ITA) and practice in financial/judicial translation.
I currently live in Arezzo (though unknown, it is a pretty town in Tuscany) and work from here as a freelancer collaborating almost exclusively with businesses - especially translation agencies - but do occasionally translate for private individuals.
For my clients, I have been performing translations, proofreading, and editing on several different subjects including financial newsletters, legal documents, articles on economic matters, patents, brochures, and handbooks.
Further to this, during my experience as a French-speaking administrative assistant, I was regularly involved in translating estimates, contracts, banking documents, business documents, tax documents, fact sheets, budgets, data sheets, and more.
With two jobs, I had to learn how to manage my time well, meeting the client's demands both in terms of timing and quality of service.
Although it is a constant challenge, I find that ensuring a great result despite the sometimes short deadlines is the most fun side of being a translator, and that is why you can rely on my personal commitment to achieving your satisfaction at all times.
Since there is always a need for Italian mother tongue translators (isn’t it?), I would be more than happy to assist you in any way I can.
