Source text - Bengali একটি মহান জীবনের অবসান হইল। ভৌতিক দেহের বিলোপ হইয়াছে, কিন্তু যেই অমূল্য সম্পদ তিনি রাখিয়া গিয়াছেন, তাহা যদি জীবনের পথে আলোক বিস্তার করে, তবেই তাঁহার প্রতি কোলাহলময় সাড়ম্বর শ্রদ্ধার সার্থকতা হইবে। মৃতদেহের প্রতি শ্রদ্ধা প্রদর্শনের জন্য যেই ভিড় জমিয়াছিল, তাঁহার তত্ত্বদেহের প্রতি যদি অনুরূপ শ্রদ্ধা প্রদর্শিত হয়, তবেই তাঁহার অমর আত্মা শান্তি লাভ করিবে; নতুবা মিছে এই ধূপ দীপ, মিছে এই পুষ্পবর্ষণ, মিছে এই ক্রন্দন, মিছে এই অশ্রুবরিষণ।
যিনি ছিলেন অনন্তের সঙ্গী, অন্তরাকাশে যিনি অনন্তের নিত্যোৎসবে বিভোর থাকিতেন, তাঁহার মহান অবিনশ্বর অমৃত স্বরূপ বিস্মৃত হইয়া, মৃৎখণ্ড লইয়া আমরা যেন তুচ্ছতার খেলাই খেলিয়াছি। ভৌতিক দেহে মৃত হইয়াও তিনি রহিয়াছেন অ-মৃত; আর আমরা নিঃশ্বাস প্রশ্বাস সহ কর্ম্মকারের ভস্ত্রার মত বাঁচিয়া থাকিয়াও জীবন্মৃত। জীবিত কালে দেহের বোঝা বহন করিয়াও তিনি ছিলেন জীবন্মুক্ত। জীবিত কালে তিনি কখনও আমাকে প্রণাম করিতে দেন নাই। দেখা হইলে আমি তাঁহার দক্ষিণ হস্ত স্পর্শ করিতাম, তিনি বলিতেন “আপনি আমার পিতৃতুল্য, আপনি আমাকে শুধু আশীর্বাদ করিবেন।” কিন্তু সেইদিন তাঁহার বিগত-প্রাণ দেহখানির সম্মুখে দাঁড়াইয়া বলিলাম, “প্রাণবায়ু থাকা অবস্থায় তুমি আমাকে প্রণাম করিতে দাও নাই, আজ তোমার প্রাণহীন দেহকে প্রণাম করিয়া তোমার নিকট হইতে শেষ বিদায় গ্রহণ করিলাম।” কিন্তু অন্তরের অন্তরে আমি জানি, তিনি তাঁহার রচনাবলীর মাধ্যমে তাঁহার অন্তরাত্মার যেই আনন্দরাগিণী রাখিয়া গিয়াছেন, তাঁহার সহিত আমার হৃদয়তন্ত্রীর কখনও বিচ্ছেদ হইবে না।
আমরা সর্ব্বহারা কলির জীব তাঁহার করুণার পাত্র। তাই তিনি কলিতে দুর্দশাগ্রস্থ জীবের জন্য করুণাঘন হইয়া ধরা দিতে আসিয়াছেন স্বেচ্ছায়, যেন আপন গরজে, দ্বাপরের সন্ধ্যংশে, কলির সন্ধিতে। সত্যযুগ ঠিক ঠিক সত্যযুগ আসিবে পুনরায়, পুনরায় সত্যযুগের যোগবিদ্যা, সেই লুপ্ত রাজবিদ্যা রাজগুহ্য যোগ জনসাধারণে বিতরিত হইবে অকাতরে। সত্যযুগের বীজ ছড়াইতে আসিলেন পূর্ণব্রহ্ম নারায়ণ স্বয়ং। তিনি সর্বৈশ্বৰ্য্যময়, সর্ব্বমাধুৰ্য্যময়, মহাযোগেশ্বর।
Translation - English A great life has come to an end. The physical body has been perished, but if the invaluable wealth he has left behind, illuminates on the way to our life, only then it will be the success of this uproarious solemn homage showed to him. His immortal soul will be at peace only if the crowd who gathered to pay homage to the corpse also pays similar homage to his Divine philosophy; Otherwise this incense lamp is false, this flower show is false, this cry and teardrops are all false
He who was the companion of the infinite, and the one who, in his inner most heart, would remain immersed in the ocean of the eternal bliss, we, as if forgetting his great immortal nectarine essence, have played an insignificant game with his earthly substance. Though he is dead in a physical body, he is eternal; and even though we are alive merely by inhaling and exhaling like a bellows of the blacksmith, we are dead. He was a liberated sage even though he carried the burden of the body while he was alive. He never let me salute him while he was alive. When I met him, I would only touch his right hand, and he would say, "You are like my father, you will only bless me." But on that day, standing in front of his deceased body, I said, "You did not let me to bow down in your lifetime, today I bowed down to your lifeless body and took my last leave from you." But in the depths of my heart, I know that the chord of my heart will never be broken with the infinite bliss of his divine soul that he has left through his writings.
We, the destitute creatures of the Kali-yuga (the most awful age), are the objects of His mercy. That is why he has come voluntarily to be merciful to the miserable creatures in Kali, as if in his own need, in the ending point of Dwapara yuga, at the joint (Sandhi) of Kali. Satya-Yuga, the golden divine age will come again, yet again the Yogic Science of Satya-Yuga, the very concealed Rajavidya(Royal science) as well as the absolute Royal Yoga will be distributed to the people generously. Narayan, the Purna (full) Brahman himself has come to spread the seeds of Satya-yuga. He is the All-Mighty, the Most omnipotent and the Great omniscient.

Source text - Bengali অর্থনীতি একটি সামাজিক বিজ্ঞান। সামাজিক মানুষের অর্থনৈতিক সমস্যা এবং সম্পদের সুষ্ঠু ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে অভাব পূরণ অর্থশাস্ত্রের আলোচ্য বিষয়। সমাজ ব্যবস্থা ও সভ্যতার ক্রমবিবর্তনের সাথে সাথে অর্থনীতির বিষয়বস্তু ও পরিধির প্রসার ঘটেছে। নিচে অর্থনীতির বিষয়বস্তু সম্পর্কে আলোচনা করা হল:
সামাজিক বিজ্ঞান হিসেবে অর্থনীতি মানুষের অর্থনৈতিক কার্যাবলি আলোচনা করে। দৈনন্দিন জীবনে মানুষ অর্থ উপার্জন ও অর্থ ব্যয় সংক্রান্ত যেসব কাজকর্ম করে সেগুলোই অর্থনীতির আলোচ্য বিষয়। যেমন, সন্তানের জন্য মাতাপিতার স্নেহ ও সেবা অর্থনীতির আলোচনার বিষয় নয়। কিন্তু হাসপাতালের বেতনভোগী সেবিকা অর্থের বিনিময়ে যে সেবা দেয়, তা অর্থনীতির আওতাভুক্ত। এ প্রসঙ্গে অর্থনীতিবিদ কেয়ার্নস বলেন, “মানুষের কার্যাবলির যে অংশ অর্থের সঙ্গে জড়িত, অর্থনীতি তাই আলোচনা করে।”
মানুষের অভাব মোচনের জন্য সম্পদের প্রয়োজন। সুতরাং সম্পদ প্রাপ্তি ও তার ব্যবহার অর্থনীতির অন্যতম আলোচ্য বিষয়। অর্থনীতির জনক এ্যাডাম স্মিথ অর্থনীতিকে সম্পদের বিজ্ঞান বলেছেন।
মানুষের অভাব অসীম। কিন্তু অভাব পূরণের সম্পদ সীমিত। মানুষ কীভাবে সীমিত সম্পদ দিয়ে অফুরন্ত অভাবের মধ্যে অগ্রাধিকারের ভিত্তিতে কতিপয় অভাব মোচন করে সর্বাধিক তৃপ্তি পায় তা আলোচনা করাই অর্থনীতির মূল লক্ষ্য। সুতরাং অর্থনীতির বিষয়বস্তু হিসেবে সম্পদের স্বল্পতার বিষয়টি অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।
অর্থনীতি মানব কল্যাণ সম্পর্কে আলোচনা করে। সীমিত সম্পদের সুষ্ঠু ব্যবহার দ্বারা কীভাবে ব্যক্তি ও সমাজের
সর্বাধিক কল্যাণ হয়, তা অর্থনীতির আলোচ্য বিষয়।
মানুষের অভাব পূরণের সঙ্গে উৎপাদন, বিনিময়, বণ্টন ও ভোগ বিশেষভাবে জড়িত। আবার মুদ্রা, ব্যাংক
ব্যবস্থা, সরকারি আয় ব্যয়, বাণিজ্য প্রভৃতিও অর্থনৈতিক কর্মকাণ্ডের অংশ। অর্থনীতি এসব বিষয় নিয়েও আলোচনা করে। এ ছাড়া অর্থনৈতিক পরিকল্পনার মাধ্যমে কীভাবে দেশের অর্থনৈতিক উন্নয়ন সাধন করা যায়,
সে বিষয়ও অর্থশাস্ত্রে আলোচিত হয়।
অর্থনীতি মানুষের অর্থনৈতিক সমস্যাবলি ও অর্থনৈতিক কর্মকাণ্ড সম্পর্কে আলোচনা করে এবং এসব সমস্যার
সুষ্ঠু সমাধানের পথ নির্দেশ করে। মানুষের কাজের ভালোমন্দ নিয়েও অর্থশাস্ত্রে আলোচনা করা হয়।
উপরের আলোচনা থেকে দেখা যায়, অর্থনীতির বিষয়বস্তু অত্যন্ত ব্যাপক। তাই অধ্যাপক ভাইনার (viner) যথার্থই বলেন, “অর্থনীতিবিদগণ যা আলোচনা করেন, তা অর্থনীতির আওতাভুক্ত।”
Translation - English Economics is a social science. The fulfillment of wants and solution of economic problems of the people in a society through proper utilisation of resources are the subjects of discussion in Economics. With the gradual evolution of society and civilization, the scope and the subject matter of Economics have increased. The subject matter of Economics are discussed below:
As a Social Science, Economics discusses economic activities of men. In everyday life, activities which are performed by man in income, earning and incortjie spending functions are subjects of discussion of Economics. For example, affection and services of parents for children are not subjects of discussion of Economics. But the services rendered by salaried nurses are included in economic activities. In this connection, economist Cairncross says’, “Economics studies the part played by money in huriian affairs”.
Resources are needed to fulfill the wants of man. So acquisition of resources, and their utilisation, are the rnost important subjects of discussion in Economics. For this reason, Adam Smith, father of economics has called Economics “A science of Wealth.”
Human wants are unlimited. But resources for fulfilment of wants are limited. How man satisfies some of his wants among unlimited ones by limited means on priority basis and how he can derive maximum satisfaction are the; main objectives in any discussion of Economics. The matter of scarcity of resources, therefore, is very significant as a subject matter of.Economics.
Economics discusses about human welfare. How maximum welfare can be achieved for individuals and society by proper utilisation of limited resources is also a subject matter of Economics.
Production, exchange, distribution, and consumption are dosely related with the fulfilment of human wants. Again, money, banking system, government income and expenditure, trade, etc. are part and parcel of economic activities. Economics js also concerned with these subjects. Besides, how economic development of the country can be achieved through economic planning is also discussed in Economics.
Economics discusses about economic problems and economic programmes of human beings. It also provides directions for proper solution of these problems. Even good and bad aspects of human activities are also discussed in Economics.
It appears from the above discussions that the subject matter of Economics is very wide. Hence, Professor Viner has rightly said, “Whatever is discussed by economists, comes within the scope of Economics”.
