A California native, I moved to northern Italy in 2005 and have worked full-time as a translator for 2.5 years. In the past, I've taught English and economics at the graduate level, worked as an academic researcher, and served as a special education teacher in Italian schools.

My areas of expertise include business, finance, and economics. I've translated scientific articles and manuscripts in medicine and architecture as well as the social sciences. Baroque art, ancient history, and modern literature are my passions.
