Source text - Ukrainian Expenses
Any billable expenses associated with this Agreement incurred by XXXX will be billed and payable monthly. Expenses include, but are not limited to, items such as: travel expenses (for example: airfare, lodging, transit lodging, taxi, rental car, meals, telephone calls, etc.), shipping charges, telecommunication line charges when accessing Customer machines remotely or performing network certification, and fees (for example: Visa fees, import fees, airport fees, etc.).
Network Enhancements
Services and/or modifications that involve regional or international network connections require those affected network modules to have current Euronet network mandates and distributions applied and in production prior to project commencement. Time spent by Euronet personnel working on previously distributed mandates is not included unless it is explicitly stated within this contract.
Late Charges
Payment terms on all invoices are net XXXX (XX) days. Late charges will accrue on any balance not paid when due.
Maintenance
Maintenance as described in this Agreement will be provided for the Licensed Programs for an annual fee as stated above (‘Maintenance Fee’). Customer will pay the Maintenance Fee in advance on an annual basis.

Будь-які оплачувані витрати, пов'язані з виконанням цієї Угоди, будуть виставлятися і оплачуватися компанією «XXXX» щомісяця. Витрати включають, зокрема, наступні статті: транспортні витрати (наприклад: авіаквитки, проживання, транзитне проживання, таксі, оренда автомобіля, харчування, телефонні дзвінки тощо), витрати на транспортування, плата за користування телекомунікаційними лініями при віддаленому доступі до обладнання Клієнта або при виконанні сертифікації мережі, а також різні збори (наприклад: візові збори, імпортні мита, аеропортові збори тощо).
Пеня за затримку оплати
Термін оплати за всіма рахунками становить XXXX (XX) днів з дати виставлення рахунку. У випадку затримки оплати, на будь-які не сплачені вчасно суми нараховується пеня.
Підтримка
Як зазначено в цій Угоді, ліцензованим програмам буде надаватися підтримка за щорічну плату, як зазначено вище («Плата за підтримку»). Клієнт буде сплачувати Плату за підтримку авансом на щорічній основі.
Вдосконалення мережі
Послуги та/або зміни, пов'язані з регіональними або міжнародними мережевими зв'язками, вимагають, щоб відповідні мережеві модулі мали діючі мандати мережі Euronet, комплект поставки програмного забезпечення і виробниче середовище до початку проекту. Час, витрачений персоналом Euronet на роботу з раніше розподіленими мандатами, не враховується, якщо це не обумовлено в цьому контракті.
