Товарищество с ограниченной ответственностью «АЛПЭТ» в лице директора Богданова Дениса Викторовича, действующего на основании Устава, именуемое в дальнейшем «Поставщик», с одной стороны, и ______________________в лице директора _________________, действующего на основании Устава, именуемое в дальнейшем «Покупатель», с другой стороны, именуемые совместно «Стороны», заключили настоящий договор, в дальнейшем «Договор», о нижеследующем:
1. ПРЕДМЕТ ДОГОВОРА
1.1. На условиях настоящего Договора и Приложений к нему, являющихся его неотъемлемыми частями (далее – «Приложения») Поставщик обязуется поставлять, а Покупатель принимать и оплачивать баритовый концентрат марки КБ-3 (ГОСТ 4682-84, плотность не менее 4,2%) (далее – «Товар»). Поставка Товара осуществляться на условиях, указанных в Приложении к данному Договору. Грузополучатель также указан в Приложении к настоящему Договору.
1.2. Поставка Товара по настоящему Договору осуществляется отдельными партиями на основании и при условии подписания Сторонами соответствующих Приложений в соответствии с п.1.3 настоящего Договора в период с даты вступления в силу настоящего Договора и по 31 декабря 2022 года включительно. В случае если ни одна из Сторон письменно не заявит о своем намерении расторгнуть настоящий Договор, то он считается пролонгированным на тот же срок и на тех же условиях. Количество пролонгаций не ограничено.

ALPET Limited Liability Partnership represented by Director Bogdanov Denis Viktorovich, acting on the basis of the Charter, hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier", on the one hand, and ______________________ represented by Director _________________, acting on the basis of the Charter, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer", on the other the parties, collectively referred to as the "Parties", have entered into this agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", as follows:
1. THE SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1. Under the terms of this Agreement and the Annexes to it, which are its integral parts (hereinafter referred to as the "Appendices"), the Supplier undertakes to supply, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for barite concentrate grade KB-3 (GOST 4682-84, density not less than 4.2%) (hereinafter referred to as the "Product"). Delivery of the Goods is carried out on the terms specified in the Appendix to this Agreement. The consignee is also specified in the Annex to this Agreement.
1.2. Delivery of the Goods under this Agreement is carried out in separate batches on the basis and subject to the signing by the Parties of the relevant Annexes in accordance with clause 1.3 of this Agreement in the period from the date of entry into force of this Agreement and until December 31, 2022 inclusive. If neither of the Parties declares in writing its intention to terminate this Agreement, then it is considered to be prolonged for the same period and on the same conditions. The number of extensions is not limited.
